Unlike any other remote encoding provider in the industry, DTAGS has equipped their remote units with technology to proactively monitor and log each component of the remote transmission chain. This product is an invaluable tool for on-site operations, as DTAGS provides customers with the ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and correct potential issues before they become problems. The monitoring system capabilities include:
- Receive multiple inputs from various sources displaying them simultaneously on a single monitor
- Assigning alarms at various thresholds
- Record the transport stream and/or video output of the multi-view monitoring station
- Producing a data log that can be sent to the customer
